The story of
In. Society
IN.Society stands for ‘Include us Now in Society’. Initially as an Instagram page, Daneille and Geeta (our founders) created content exploring individual rights when facing racism in the UK which quickly blossomed into something bigger. This organisation was created out of desperation and a passion to understand our individual ability to advance racial equality.
Through honest conversations in their friendship, representing different cultural, ethnical backgrounds and experiences of racism, it was equally important to create spaces to explore culture and highlight the importance of inclusivity in order to work towards racial liberation.
Driven by the mantra, “know your environment so you can create change”, IN.Society embarked on a journey to connect individuals and organisations in efforts to educate on the impact of racial injustice in a cultural, economical, political and legislation context and advocate together for equality!

Our Mission
We exist to combine individual and organisational efforts to challenge systematic racism in the UK, with a key focus on policy, legislation and the economy. Our mission is to be apart of an inclusive society and provide a space for marginalised race & ethnicity groups to authentically be heard, share experiences & culture. Starting with the West Midlands, we intend to grow globally.
We stand firmly against racism. Our members are individuals and organisations whom actively work towards being anti-racist and share our mission to work towards racial equality and cultural harmony.
